Run. Bike. Run Again. Neyland's Waterside Sprint Duathlon.

The Pembrokeshire Duathlon is a sprint distance event (5k run, 21k bike, 2.5k run) set on the banks of the Milford Haven Waterway at Brunel Quay, Neyland. It's permitted by British Triathlon and has hosted the Welsh Duathlon Championships, all while staying genuinely approachable for first-timers to multisport.

With a flat first run out through Neyland Marina and the Westfield Pill Nature Reserve, a rolling 21k bike loop through quiet Pembrokeshire lanes, and a short, scenic final run back along the waterside to the finish at Brunel Quay, this is a friendly introduction to multisport — or a fast, focused early-season race if duathlon is already your thing. Relay teams of two or three are very welcome too.
